• The drain had to run to the other side of the house. We ran it at ground level, cutting a slim channel into the render at the base of the external walls and passing under the front-door steps.

• Lastly, we concealed the drain with matching skirting tiles, making the pipe virtually invisible. Unless you know it’s there, you’d never spot it!
