Who We Are
We moved to the Almeria region permanently in early 2023 for a change of lifestyle after owning a holiday home near Vera for twenty years and falling in love with the area and culture. We brought with us all our belongings, our two French Bulldogs and Simon's extensive knowledge and experience of water filtration and softeners.
Simon and Emma relocated from the pretty market town of Tetbury in the Cotswolds where we ran a successful water filtration and softener business called Tetbury Soft Water for some years, gaining a loyal customer base and wonderful testimonials.
Knowing and experiencing the same issues of unpleasant tap water and problematic hard water in some supply areas in Almeria as we did in the Cotswolds we decided to create Almeria Pure Water to help others with their water issues.
Simon brings over 35 years experience as a professional mechanical and electrical engineer working in both the domestic and commercial sectors to the business. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and, in the UK, a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers.

We suffer from very hard water in our house in Cortijo Cabrera and recently asked Almería Pure Water for advice on how this could be improved. Simon visited our home and carefully explained our options. We opted for a Kinetico water softener and are very pleased with the results. No more white deposits on the sanitary ware, dishwasher results much improved and pipework hopefully not clogging up with calcium.
Throughout the process of installation, Simon politely and efficiently explained everything we needed to know. The system was installed in an external cupboard and the pipework neatly enclosed. We would not hesitate to recommend this friendly service to anyone suffering the effects of hard water in the area.
