In our last blog post, Simon walked through why we do not sell budget water filters.
In this video, Simon takes you through one of the quality Reverse Osmosis water filters which we recommend for many homes with drinking water quality problems: the RUWA 600.
The process of getting pure, safe, tasty drinking water in your home should always start with a professional analysis of your current water.
An analysis of your home's water is difference between thinking you need a water filter or softener, and knowing you do - or don't! The analysis also gives you essential information on exactly what contaminants your water contains, and how hard it is. Once armed with that information, it's possible to match the solution to the problem, rather than rushing out to buy a generic off-the-shelf machine that probably won't meet your needs, nor last very long.
The RUWA 600 is the most common water filter we fit in this region, as it's primed to deal with highly contaminated water that is common for houses that have private water sources, or poor mains water quality. Its benefits include:
Ease of maintenance
Clean filter cartridge change
Fast flow rate of 600 gallons per day, and 1.8-2 litre per minute
Water quality monitoring and filter change alert
3 year Warrantee
UNE certified by Spanish Government for use with drinking water
